Johanna Noack has been working as an illustrator in Hamburg, Germany since 2015. She studied graphic design in Hamburg and Amsterdam. Her images are bold and brightly colored and often have a little twist; everyday objects and situations mixed and switched in unexpected ways. Some of her best known works are Twitchy Tights (2015) and Soft Icedonis (2019). In 2020 she invented the Jumping Egg.
Her illustrations were published by BMW, Deutsche Bahn, Hennessy, Neon, SZ Magazin, Stuttgarter Zeitung Magazin, ZEIT Verlag and various others.
