The Wyre vest is made from Herd's very own fully traceable, super soft Bluefaced Leicester sheep wool, sourced at a fair price from farmers in N.W. England and processed and make into yarn within 150 miles of the farms. Herd's yarn is the blended to make natural shades, or dyed using plant extracts and naturally occurring mordants. Their buttons are made from nuts and our labels are 100% cotton, so your knit is fully circular.
