This dress is true to size, just pay attention to the bust size since there's little to no stretch in this dress. For the belt, the "Regular" size typically fits S-XL but if you're right at a 38" underbust / waist measurement, wear an XL, and have a larger chest size we'd suggest to size up to the plus belt for a more comfortable fit. The shoulder straps on the Plus belt are much longer so extra holes may need to be added for a correct fit.
